At AKE, we provide job opportunities to new engineers through our Vocational Training Program. If you have recently graduated from an engineering university, you may apply through Kariyer.net to the program prepared with the support of İşkur. The selected candidates will have the opportunity over a three-month period, to gain experience by working in different departments within the factory. At the end of 3 months, we offer engineers, who are successful in the final exam, the opportunity to work at AKE. The first program ran from September to November 2020. Due to its huge success, the program re-started in February 2021 and was completed in May 2021. After the successful completion of the program, the young engineers began to work in the departments, which suited them the most. The announcement of the program is done on Kariyer.net.
