Our New Model Product for Accessibility for People with Disabilities; the CL Series

With a design and equipment compliant with the TS EN 81-40, TS EN 81-41 and TS ISO 9386 standards, the product can be used in almost any area, indoors and outdoors (museums, underpasses, schools, detached buildings, etc.).  The product features an audible warning for the visually impaired, suitable interior cabin coloring for the color blind, and buttons created with the Braille alphabet.

With models suited to different travel distances, 3 models were designed as CL 150, CL 300, CL 1200.

The CL 150 model is an open-type platform with a maximum travel distance of 1500 mm,

the CL 300 model is an enclosed cabin-type platform with a maximum travel distance of 3000 mm,

and the CL 1200 model is an enclosed cabin-type platform with a maximum travel distance of 12000 mm.

Thanks to their ergonomic design, our CL series accessibility systems are designed for quick installation. They can easily be installed in different environments by anchoring them to the floor at a single point. The movement mechanism is provided from a single side, and there are options for a platform open on 3 sides or an enclosed-type platform.

A patent application has been filed for the specially designed brake mechanism that ensures the system stops safely in emergencies. This brake mechanism is designed to bring the platform to a sliding stop should the platform exceed the specified speed limit.

Features of the CL Accessibility Lift

In order to meet all of the safety systems required by regulations, the CL has many mechanical and electronic components. Electrically, it was equipped with sensor arrays for impact or object detection in the open areas of the system where entrapment could occur. There is an independently triggerable floor sensor under the carrier platform and an anti-trap switch to prevent entrapment between the platform and the side wall. The control system uses a power supply to guard against power outages.

The door mechanism in the product has a local control structure with a separate board. This way, in emergencies the door can be opened once the lift has safely reached the nearest floor. Independently of this, opening of a special mechanically triggered key link has been made possible without electricity.  For all steps, a programmable controller that can communicate with one another and that is also entirely domestically produced was used. A Full-Duplex serial communication system was used in the electronic wiring. In addition to the central controller, there is a low-energy backup control board that engages in the event of a fault, so that it does not cause any disruption to the operation of the system. The inverter drive used can additionally detect jamming in the motor from instantaneous current values. There are inductive sensors that can measure deformation or breakage on the climbing gear. To enable the product to provide energy savings, there are suitable communication parameters and additional filter circuits against external frequencies and interference. The filtering circuits prevent voltage drops or grid-related voltage fluctuations. All of the sensors in the CL Accessibility Lift were assigned to individual error codes with a separate register. In the event of any fault, the error codes appear on the Graphic LCD screen on the control panel, thereby aiming to resolve faults quickly. Options for remote control and monitoring with the help of a mobile phone were also added.

Designed in a model that can be installed easily and quickly, the parts can be delivered in extremely short times because they are based on mass production and can be stocked.

Thanks to the design of the CL series, the noise emitted into the surroundings has been minimized, making the product suitable for use as Home Life, and the electric motor specified in the design being selected at 90% efficiency provides energy savings.
