Support for Employment from AKE through the OSBEM Project

With the OSBEM Project launched 5 months ago, Antalya OIZ trained job-seeking citizens and gave them a profession, and with the qualified workforce it created, it produced a solution to the skilled personnel needs of the region's companies. As AKE, we supported the project.

While more than 200 unemployed people applied to the call opened through İŞKUR, 32 people with the qualities sought by the region's companies earned the right to attend the pre-accounting and simulation-based steel welding courses at the OSBEM workshop and classrooms set up at Antalya OIZ. Candidates who successfully completed the course were directed to the relevant companies.

AKE was among the OIZ companies where the candidates were placed. Within the scope of the OSBEM Project, we started working with a candidate who took the pre-accounting course at AOSB as a Finance Officer.

At the launch event held at Antalya OIZ, certificates of appreciation were presented to the people who contributed to the project, to the trainees, and to the companies providing employment. On behalf of AKE, the certificate was received by Administrative Affairs Manager Zeynep Yalçıner. Among the trainees, the Finance Officer received their certificate confirming completion of the course.
